Pet Policy

We offer pet-friendly apartments in Austin, Texas, so your furry friends are welcome! Domesticated pets (up to 2 per dwelling) are allowed with a $500 non-refundable fee per pet, paid in full before move-in. Pets must undergo a visual inspection, adhere to community policies, and meet qualifications outlined in our Pet Addendum, including our restricted breeds list. Management reserves the right to update these policies. Proof of vaccinations is required; puppies under one year are not permitted. Violations may incur fines per the TAA Lease Contract and AHM Rules. Qualified Service/Assistance animals are exempt from restrictions on type, breed, number, or weight. A completed Pet Addendum, documentation from a healthcare professional, and vaccination records are required before bringing the animal into the dwelling. Violations may result in fines as outlined in the TAA Lease Contract and AHM Rules.
